So, it's the 4th of July, meaning that over in the United States it's their Independence Day. I may be Australian, but I thought it would be nice to make a little gift for my American pals, represented by the two most important dragons of North America - The Charizard and the Koopa.

Now I know some people will point out that they're made by Japanese gaming companies. Well, to be fair, Mario and Luigi are created in Japan, yet they're Italian, no less. Besides, this is part of my idea that Charizards and Koopas (like Bowser in the pic) are also part of a race of dragon hybrids called dino-dragons, and it's quite fitting for them to be American by origin since I considered Charizard part T-Rex due to the younger dinosaur-like Charmander and Charmeleon forms, and along with Bowser, they're fire-types, appropriate element for the United States. Even so, I'm more into Japanese culture myself, and most recently Korean.

With that said and done, America may have made mistakes, like every other nation, but there's no denying that without them, evil would have dominated the world long ago. So, whether you're from the US or not, or even if you're not the patriotic type, let's give our respects. Now, here's the National March.
