Jonathan,
This was really a well done panel, thank you so much for sharing it with us. You talked very candidly and maturely (!) about a topic that people generally ignore or fall far short of honest on. The cycle of addiction is a powerful thing, where we go from wanting something we "know" is "wrong," finally give into that desire, feel great in the moment, then feel ashamed of ourselves, then later go back to wanting. Knowing the cycle and knowing what to look for in order to recognize that we're in it are going to be powerful tools for many that might have been feeling the negative effects.
I especially appreciated your honesty regarding your black rabbit character and how he was angry and uncooperative. There was a lot of symbolism there, which really made the point well. I found myself in a bit of a pickle because I then wanted a print of this character, but wouldn't have been able to hang it due to the subject-matter. If you ever end up with a clean print with that one, I'd definitely be interested in picking one up!
Great panel again. Maybe one year they'll give you a projector ;)
