I briefly revisited The Foxbusters, and Todd remains the best aspect of the whole thing for me. He is just precious, and that episode with the hang-glider was pretty sweet. Pretty nice, overall.

I watched the few episodes on Youtube a enjoyed it even though it get hectic at times.
Tough call on my fave character but it's probably a tossup between Carmen (She's a really cool character) and Snap (Precious cinnamon roll of a crocodile). I also liked Wilfred because he averted being the fat idiot trope and was actually pretty smart for a giant rat as well as a good guy in general. It's nice to see characters fight species stereotypes.
Speaking of French cartoons, have you ever seen Trust Me I'm A Genie yet? Ziggy and Joe are my favorite characters in that one.
