Sketched, inked and flat-colored sketch of a character.
I'm thinking it'll be one of my x-men/mutant characters, of which I currently have 5 fermenting. The problem with me making xmen characters is that two things are completely normal in my mental world- anthros and magic. Magic is not an issue cuz i can ignore it, but it makes mutant powers less speeecial. But that's easy to ignore. The other thing is that I design and imagine all my characters as anthros, which I do not consider a mutation. D: which leads to all sorts of problems when actually playing characters, because then you have too many powers or it's too many similar mutations or this and that.. <.< ARGH WHY WORLD NO WORK LIKE BRAIN WORLD.
I'll just ignore that in the meantime.
Anyway, this is Sunrise, whose birthname is taltos. He's from somewhere in northern europe. He is awesome, and an asshole. Yay!
His powers are fire based. He can generate fire, and is resistant to fire physically. he can set himselfon fire, and there's one other power that like. I have in my mind but is not solidified, which is fire based but specific.
bah.

I was wondering that too. <.< i imagined him first as being on fire, with the oclors of a sunrise, which is why i say that. D: The best exclimation i can think is that he sometimes excretes flamable oil on all of his feathers, but is resistant to fire himself. if that makes any sense.

See, that's what I thought too, but if he excretes flammable oil and someone lights him on fire, that fire-resistance-to-self thing wouldn't work. o0 So technically if he set himself on fire somehow, it wouldn't work. Unless his body temperature skyrocketed and the oil goes boom. Buuuuut, then it would just burn.

And I was thinking he would be inflammable-- feathers and skin and all that good stuff-- but the oil secreted would be flammable. That way it would like burning oil in a metel bowl or something. D: the problem with THAT is that you'd have to keep adding more oil, since it burns so fast. Which would be constant secretion, which would be naasty.
