I’m truly delighted with the result! *hugs Hyhlion*
Even when I got the first sketch I was all “awww!” I couldn’t tear myself from the picture! Hyhlion was the right choice; almost nobody could’ve captured Nala and Simba’s expressions better. When you look at them, you know they love each other, enojoy the warmth of each other’s bodies.
I gave Hyhlion a rather complicated task of choosing the viewpoint and he accomplished it perfectly. There’s not a detail of a character lost.
But every masterpiece has a flaw, right? In this case it’s the choice of colors; Nala is too grayish to my taste. But that’s the flaw I’ve noticed after one day of constant looking at the picture, so it’s not that important I think.
If Hyhlion isn’t against, I’m going to commission him again when he opens commission time again.

Beautiful work, this really looks like a still from the movie. I always like the scene where they tumble down the hill and he lands on top of her, she gives him a kiss, Simba looks at her a little terrified and she gives him this great sexy, "C'mere big guy." look. Keep up the great work!

i loved watching the lion king stuff when i was younger, and even now it brings back memories, this just sparks what Simba and Nala actually shared all along, that loving bond as friends that grew into more when they grew up, a true childhood romance over time.
