what you mean? this bear drawing is awesome ! it got fur detail along with the small detail , you are improving for sure and just need more patient, i think you maybe just need some reference or redraw something over and over again looking at more reference and give it more time to analyze the detail that you might miss and try to draw it when you got time :), im just a random Noob artist here, but i can tell you that this drawing is amazing and has the potential even to go higher! and of course, you need to lower your standard at some point, but promise yourself to do better next time :)
