So the next step is to frame up the head before I put fur on the dummy, that way I know the size is good as both halves are still "naked"
this head frame is *not* ready for fur yet, I still have to flesh out and round the shape with some soft foam over this rigid foam shell.
the shell is hollow and made of this camping mat foam that is like a light airy version of eva foam, it is hollow to be light weight and to allow for a fan inside which will blow down into the holes of the helmet the head is made on.
The pieces for now are pinned as I am actually going to take this apart and trace the pieces in case I ever get another AD quad because this was a pain to figure out... which BTW this customer is VERY lucky to be my first AD quad because I plan to charge like $2000 more if I ever make another because man is an AD quad so much more complex than anything I have ever made holey moley...
