After putting well over 16 hours into this piece, I finally finished it.
Now why would I do this? First of all I'm an artist, mostly specializing in anthropomorphism. Which means I want to venture out and practice on newer things. For this one I decided to work on stripes, water, and shading.
Secondly, I wanted to show my appreciation to one of the people who inspired me to make my comic, draw digitally, etc. Which this fan art doubles as a "Happy Birthday" present.
So thank you Tom for being an inspiration and happy "belated" birthday. :)

You definitly have very good skills above being a comic artist (where details are less present). This picture is looking al good to me except one thing! The part of the tail under water should have more fluff or likely more fur going in different directions than the fur outside water.
