Is this a Dutch angel dragon or "angel dragon"?

I'm a huge fan and supporter of Dutch AD. And it's kinda upsets and annoys me that these just Angel dragon have gotten popular. All they are is people saying "what, Dutch AD have rules?! F that! You can't tell me what to do! They were around before you so I'll just say I'm a Dutch Angel but take off the Dutch and say I'm not apart of the species".

Well Angel Dragons were here first and honestly the only difference they have is the "horse" part that every dutch angel dragon suit/character seems to leave out. So I can understand why people have such similar angel dragons because the style most represented in the Dutch AD's is chibi or very very toony without the species actuals distinct characteristics. Like not even Ino's AD looks like a Dutcg Angel Dragon half the time.

I am a regular AD now. ,0, Pearl was a DAD. I made her a regular AD for multiple reasons, but I felt limited with the anatomy and I prefer pure dragon anatomy over horse

That's where the problem is. Dutch AD are horse like dragons. However they're seen in art and suits in the style this one here is. Just as this suit Dutch AD feature the same ears, feathered tail, and feathered wings.
Overall, there isn't much difference. Ones just chibier and ones a horse.

I would possibly but I am not a slim build. he is in my size range but my calves and shoulders would be too large I think. great work though

Not all Dutch AD's have the dead ghost eyes don't you remember into getting mad at people making characters with those specific eyes.
