In my world, dragons are akin to the Roma, or Gypsies, and are called "Sky-Children". A very mystical and mystical bunch, all really part of the same family, even though a few clans travel separately over the vast continents. Ozzi is part of the L'Zuli clan, or the blue dragons, known for their hunger of knowledge and magnificent trickery. Ozzi is a bit of a prodigy amongst his fellows, considering he's half of a brother/sister twin set, and being androgynous he's switched places with his dear sister, Izzi, and even able to fool his own parents.

Here he's pictured with katar and a long scarf. On a whim and in the blink of an eye, he can whip the blades to the end of the cloak and extend his attack radius by a few yards.
