Yes, the answer to those two questions is no. No, you are not paying or art trading. So no, you do not choose when I schedule to do your requests. If you tell me "no" and that I will do things for you sooner than I offer, than that is considered demanding. When you demand things, you are no longer asking nicely.

You can draw something besides Tigerav since you've drawn him twice now. I'll upload a simple robot design you can art trade using either pencil or Microsoft Paint.
