Because there is NOT ENOUGH Treasure Planet fan art. Dr. Doppler has to be one of the most expressive cartoon characters ever. Also, he's voiced by David Hyde Pierce who was my first tv crush... only... he's gay, which is sad for me :(

Anyway, This is a WIP, i'll replace it with the finished product... once i finish! AAAAAnd, it turned out better than i expected, even though i'm not crazy about his nose... or hair. BUT STILL. XD
