It takes immense skill to nail a swimming fish with a knife stuck to your face while hanging from a branch but these birds make it look effortless!

The green heron is one of the most skilled fishers of all animals, their agility, accuracy and crafty nature makes them near unmatched when it comes to landing a fish, they've even been known to use insects or bits of bread to bait the fish into a waiting stab from a dagger-like beak.
