Some work I am doing for the setting of my Sona and most of my OCs.
One thing I have to do is Neora.
Those are some flags I was thinking of. It should symbolize the unity between the people among each other and the government. The unity is red and surrounds the people in yellow and the government in blue. The government is in most of them surrounded by the people and is a reference to the position of the government as part of the people, but still highlight it as leader, caretaker and arbitrator between the different groups of people.
Please give me some feedback to this. Which of those flags already exist? Which one looks better?
I am also planning to add a heraldic animal or so.

It´s a alternative future timeline. Out of todays crises chaos and anarchy will break out. In this chaos an union first out of a few people, then towns, areas and in the end states forms and creates a stable society with in the beginning one leader on the top. I am not fully finished with this, but this new union will spread and unite with other states. Like I said, I am not fully finished with this by now, have to work this out a bit more.
