Ah, so she desires the freedom which she once held. Now if the transformation process produces a new female, does intend to abdicate the throne of being matriarch and use this new female as her puppet to control the enclave while still having the freedom to act out more openly?
An interesting character this Ickney. So different from all the yinglets we have seen so far.

Understandably true. Especially given the yinglets malleable nature it would only make sense that they would have a wide arrange of mindsets and perspectives on the various vagaries of life.
Question: barring being eaten by a predator or being involved in accident caused by their curious natures. How long is the normal Yinglet lifespan? And do Yinglets have any rituals like sacred holidays or celebrations for coming of age and such?

Yes, this is indeed "semi-canon," in that former Matriarch Zebelebala's Yingletizing Powder⢠is something that wouldn't exist in the canon-canon, but everything else is correct for the Out of Placers setting. The frontier town of Antenill does indeed exist, and it has a small, developing yinglet enclave, but it won't be involved in the main story, so we're free to make believe~
Officially, there are no other instances of anyone transforming into anything else, outside fairytales... but in Commission Land, anything goes because it's more fun that way.

So very bastard look at you become a yinglet just because I'm bitter ya bastard! :P Still a good TF, of course, you do them well. I like the muzzle growth from the 1st person perspective, I always think about how that would look to a soon to be former human.
On a side note, Ickney speaks like she is Scottish, it seems.

nazi yinglet is a joke. A joke i came up with that made me laugh. my humor is similar to that of a yinglet, but much more dark. i once locked a yinglet in room and played nonstop fart sounds. after his sanity broke, i took him out of the room. he is brain dead now and wont stop giggling.
A part of me feels like "who cares," but I got to say that I like the clothing designs for your characters. Not just in this comic, but in your main comic as well. They do feel reminiscent of the time period you're portraying. Take Cairo's apparel here for example. I mainly like the colors, but the robes look good as well. However, what I probably like more is what the yinglets wear (when they are wearing something). Somehow, they are a very diverse group when it comes to dressing themselves with all sorts of decorations and whatnot. But a lot of what they look like has to do with their physical attributes: that includes the color of their fur and eyes, the shape of their eyes and ears, the amount of teeth and hair they have, and whatever mutation they may or may not possess.
