And so we bring this story, the twentieth in the series, to a conclusion. There are many happy endings all around, with the possible exception of the Master of Elfhame, who has a very trying day. No doubt he will scamper off to a favourite bookstore to soothe his jangled nerves.

Hurrah! A quick happy ending for Esmerelda.They're going to have to talk to the King's mapmakers, y'know. They obviously found some Gates that weren't known, else they would have known about Wu Hu and the Winged Lord's empire.
I just wonder how this will end up getting added to WW's legend. Or is this one going into the Wolf Queen's list after all?
