I love coming to Rainfurrest! I used to live in Seattle for a short while, and being able to go downtown and see the city again is a special treat. On top of that, I had a very busy Rainfurrest, hosting four panels, including a brand new "Writing Scripts" panel where I encouraged attendees to write one page scripts to be recorded for my Voice Acting Workshop on Sunday.

And along with the two Voice Acting panels I hosted, I ran my Intro to Motion Capture panel for the second time, with considerable success. I had learned a lot from my first hosting at RMFC, and this time I came well prepared to animate a scene in front of everyone using volunteers from the audience. Still learned a few other things, like how hard it is to operate a mouse on a computer screen behind you, but I'm confident my motion capture panel will soon become as big an event as voice acting.

I do want to send out a special thank you to Garret Biggerstaff who was a simply enormous help in all of my panels. Helping me set up, taking care of my gear, getting me a projector when I needed one, even bought me pens for the talent release forms, when I realized I didn't have any. Just a massive help and a huge part of what makes going to Rainfurrest such a special thing for me. Thank you so much, Hunter!!

And also a big thank you to Tazel who, like previous Rainfurrests, provided my clerical help, collecting forms, tracking names and performances, all so I could concentrate on recording without having to worry if I forgot someone's name or not. Thank you so much, Sixy!!
