Over the summer I made many atttempts at creating HDR images with my new camera, and I figured I'd post my best one.....most of them had too much movement between shots so the HDR image ended up very blurry....even this one has blurry spots <..<
And here's a little info for those who don't know: an HDR image is an photo that allows for a much larger range between light and dark areas......you can create one by using programs to combine many different versions of the same photo taken at different exposure levels...normally, when just taking a photo of the above, either the window would be washed out or the interior would be very dark

you don't need a dSLR, mine is a Canon Powershot A650IS......you do need a tripod though or some way to make sure you are taking the exact same picture for how many ever different exposures you're taking.....then you just need a program to compile them into an HDR, which actually photoshop can do I think ^^
All right, sweet! I'm gonna go try that once my exams are finished...
And with you, I share this...

Tutorial on how to install custom firmware into your Canon... haven't tried it yet, but I intend to. The custom stuff adds features like custom scripting and allows you to mess around with shutter speeds, exposure times, and other stuff you couldn't normally tweak.
