Two adorable European giant cave hyena cubs playing in the snow just before the entry of the Den. Just because I wanted to draw two cute, innocent, playful kids who're far from the formatted image given by the media's and the system. There's no video games home at Sclayène's, nor needs provoked by the consumption society. Those hyena kids are still safe.
The Den is a troglodyte house rather than a simple cave. See http://blog.bmykey.com/immobilier/l.....ique/2007/109/
On the door, it's written, in Walloon, "A mon Sclayène", which means "At Sclayène's House". Old families are often huge here in Wallonia, with many branches. I imagined something similar for the Sclayène family.
