This is the last of an old picture. Originally, this was developed to provide something better for my desktop screen than blank imagery. Sulikhan is demonstrating Arcticane weaponry. The flash is merely the explosion, but just as the explosion wanes that is where the bright glow is replaced with darkness and begins sucking in the entire environment around it. An entire city the size of New York could be reduced to the size of a shot pellet weighing in tons.
Truth be told, they actually never use this weaponry unless pushed into a dire situation where it is unavoidable.
