Hourglass Tactician is a higher form and more powerful of Time Mage and Time-base spell casters.

Hourglass Tactician does not rely on MP to cast and to perform time-based skills and spells, they use hourglass which was crafted from their own MP.

Hourglass Tactician doesn't need to chant to cast spells, their hourglass is sufficient enough to act as the energy source of all spells (and skills). But once they cast a spell, their hourglass will break and shall not be restored back again.

Hourglass Tactician can only carry ten (10) hourglass at maximum and if they will make a new hourglass even though they have reached the maximum count allowable, their newly created hourglass will shatter and and rendered useless. They need 10 mins of full concentration just to make one hourglass.

Despite the limit of their energy, their skills does not break their hourglass, thus making their skill execution infinite.

The glow of their eyes shows their intensity of control. The lowest form of glow is yellow while the strongest form is gold. Silver gray is the second to the highest level of intensity of control.

Their source of power is the god of time itself, they are the actual walking time on earth. They also have the ability to walk through different time and period without creating and paradoxes or damage on time.
