Don't think she knows what Edith really is. Edith has done a great job of convincing everyone she's in a mouse costume. Sooner or later though, someone's going to get wise and find out......

Actually, she knows that Edith's not human. She told her as much around the time of Edith's audition, when she kept her from knocking out the lights of the place's owner after he told her to keep the fursuit on during her act. When she asked her how she knew she wasn't wearing a suit, she mentioned that she had heard about all of the weirdness around Peebow. As for everyone else, it's not because she's a good actress, it's more because they can't see the obvious. After all, I'm sure someone is going to ask her how she uses the bathroom while in the suit.
