you worked harder on this one didn't you i can tell its cleaner, and smoother, also nice to see you experimenting with color and you did well for the most part, you kept it two toned rather than sticking to single flat shades like most novices would do,

perhaps in the future try adding lines of detail to denote that the being is covered in fur, you know those parts of a furry outline that break of or become loosely jagged to show fur texture? would help greatly with the tail, and also sometime outline don't really need to fully connect, sometimes its a nice effect to let the line break in key places and let the coloring take over the imagination.
