Isn't it more about overcoming your fear and pre-inflating the nozzle, or is there more to it? :P

There's technique to get the biggest and best neck. Fear is part of the technique, but not everything. Not everyone can manage to get good sized and presentable necks, some struggle with it. Even I did for the longest time.

Hmmm, what do you do to get them? Tug on it a bit as you add pressure?
I'm also kind of curious what the fascination is with necking them in the first place :P

It just give the balloon a more appealing appearance. What draws your fascination with balloon necking? And also I do everything in my power to **not** tug on it a bit as I add pressure lol.
