Calavera for my three friends (day of dead´s poem)
This is the story and the sad ends,
Of three people, that I called my friends.
Who from the world were taken away,
Accompanied by Death they are today.
The mighty wolf, red and black,
Big as a mountain and high as the sky,
He ate a big wagon as a snack.
Jammed in the throat it made him die.
The Death was angry, how bad luck for him.
For the crushed people, only was left a stain.
So many dead people, so much work for Grim
And having to carry of a giant wolf his remains
Tickle weapons were Ben´s fingers,
He used to be a mighty dragon.
Now after dead, his tickles still linger
But his end, was not for a wagon.
The ultimate experience, to make him laugh
Death disguised, offered to his host
But the cruel finger, starting from the calf
It climbed to the sides to torment him the most.
Ben died smiling that day,
Death by laughing was diagnosed,
But in the afterlife the dragon with beret,
Is the tickle terror of all these ghosts.
The last one a lovely friend,
A cute Red husky, he was in life
But for that accident, he didn’t intend.
With driving laws he had a big strife.
Mix right and left is not a crime,
Just the driving side he confused
In the radio they alerted that at the time
A madman, the highway had misused.
A madman? He anguished wondered,
While he dodge the cars in cascade.
Is not just one, they are hundred
Thousand of crazy I had to evade.
Great friends, they were alive
Now they all are waiting for me to arrive.
For all the eternity, they will be my friends
each their memory, the dead will transcends.
This is a little literary skull for three great frineds here in FA. Despite being a creepy theme it was made with a lot of love for them and to give them an example of a typical poem of the day of the dead (november 2).
I want o give a special thanks to
Spring-the-husky for trying to fix the mess that I did in this , since I still have problems with the english. and... I know that is kinda late for it but whatever...
With a lot of love for
