I nearly abandoned it too. I wasn't happy with how I did Crescens' body. She originally had a bikini but then I made it a surfsuit instead.

After I got the base color for the water and did the "hilighting" I started to use the plastic wrap, chrome, and even glass filters to get that watery look.
