It was a kids cartoon show in the early 90s that aired solely to fuel toy sales, haha. If you ever heard of Polly Pocket, I think Mighty Max was the "boy" version of that toy, where you had these sorta pocket-sized plastic containers that folded out into miniature buildings/arenas/environments with tiny figurines inside. I remember the toys, but never watched the show, so I had no idea about this character until now XD
