He empties the contents of his weapon wildly into the blinding lights of the pursuing cyclists and hits nothing. And then finally, with the last bullet, a lucky shot cracks the side of the lead cyclist's helmet and knocks him off balance, landing with a hide-speed crash.

Axis of Conflict was originally drawn and published as a black-and-white comic in 1995-1996. The 2015 reboot is picking up the story 20 years into the future, beginning with a retelling of the original story. Comic (chapter) #1 is 15 pages. Comic/Chapter #2 will begin January, 2016. Pages are published semi-weekly, on weekends.
