17th December 2015 marked our 10th Anniversary.

We've been together for a decade now. We've met so long ago that I cannot even remember what my life was without you.

Words were spoken on both sides; harsh, painful words, words of broken oaths and falsehood. But also kind, uplifting words. Words of kept promises and truths that had to be heard.

Acts were committed against one-another; cold, heartless acts, acts of treachery and neglect. But also acts of kindness and love. Acts of unconditional loyalty and care.

We've been through thick and thin, through better or worse. We've tasted abundance and poverty, sickness and health... we've been through so much, yet still we stand. Together. I know I could have never gone through it all without you. Whatever my life was before we met is an illusion, a shadow flickering in the far corners of my mind. My true life, true existence full of memories is saturated by you. You are my joy, hope and laughter. You are my pain, sorrow and tears. With you I am complete.

Whatever I've tasted with you... be it misery or bliss. I know that it was only with you that I've truly tasted life. And for that I thank you.

Whatever life will bring, I know we will make it through it. Together.
