mistypine01 is the first page of a two-page response to 
angelbear_oh's reply to our previous zap. In his reply, he had Germania pulling on shining one's ear and screaming at him, after he had drop some litter on the streets, as it was setting a bad example to everyone else. But, it seems she had another reason for doing it. But, ain't that a big fine for littering in Philly. Honestly, around the time, city was getting out of a financial bind, and my brother and I was poking some fun at what the city was doing to pay off its debt.

Not as badly as it was when Rendall began his first administration. There was a surplus when he left, but Street somehow squandered it during his 8-years in office so that we now have a new financial crisis during the first months of Major Nutter's Administration. I doubt that city council would be that crazy. Having lived in this town all of my life, the people would be waiting to skin city council a new one, if their reaction to Major Nutter wanting to closed down 11 libraries to help with the city's present budget is any indication, council would have to have several cops between them and the citizens that would want their heads on a pike.
Granted, I live in Philly myself, and by some form of Divine providence, the library I live across from, the Tacony branch at Torresdale and Knorr, is not one of those being closed. But their closing the Holmesburg branch near my sister, her husband and their little boy. For the most part city council thinks they're congress. If they thought they could get away with it to line their own pockets they would.
Ah, another Philly boy. Well, i live between the 52nd and Sansom Street and the West Philly branch, and as far as I know, neither of them are on the closure, but the one that I'd used when I was a young kid, Kingsessing, is. But, I'm more worried about the fire companies, since 3-4 of them that covers Center City, are on the block, and with how that part of town gets jammed during rush hour and just gets crowded on a daily basis, that's a diaster waiting to happen.
