I do gestural warm ups sometimes before I start a piece, like what people do with figure drawing. I also try moving my whole arm with my elbow, then with my shoulder when I draw. You get nice loose and flowy lines that way. I try not to pick up the pen/pencil too much when im drawing. Hope this helps :>
