Icon Commission - Feral Rage
A commission for a private client - this is actually just a very small crop of the commissioned image, but I'm unable to upload the full product for now, so here, have an icon!
The whole image took about 6 hours, so hard to say how long just this portion took - maybe an hour or two? Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Yeah, I think the NEs have a nicer feminine cat form, while the worgen have a nicer masculine cat form. Plus I generally love big shaggy things, so worgens for me :33 I know I mentioned rottweilers to you before, but our "dream breed" is actually getting an ovcharka :3 https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ge_8Q03G1jY/.....resdefault.jpg
Well damn. I don't know anything about these, but probably a do-your-research breed. I would also strongly suggest not ripping any 'components' from these dogs, as large breeds tend to respond much more poorly to de-sexing, and that's a very large looking breed. If you do get one, I hope you'll post photos. Then again, if you get a rottie, I also hope you'll post photos
Oh, it's definitely a do-your-research breed o_o One potential problem is they're a bit like Tibetan mastiffs of China and pit bulls/rotties of America in that some Russians breed/raise them as ferocious, savage status symbols, when they should be even-tempered and discriminating. I've seen some very good breeders though that basically evaluate all their pups on various personality traits, so people who are looking more for a working guardian dog that'll be living in the wild independently protecting flocks can get the right dog for them, versus someone living in the city with limited yard space who wants a reliable guard dog but mostly wants a companion.
But yeah, Casey wants a dog that is fairly independent, capable of enduring colder climates and would be happy to protect the land he hopes to purchase some day, while I want a dog that is loving, loyal and amenable to affection - ovcharkas take their job of protecting their family/flock/land quite seriously and can actually work completely independent of human guidance especially if there are other dogs to work with, but that being said, can be very loyal and loving to their family unit :3 Just depends on the pup's particular inclinations and how you raise them, and a lot of breeders seem quite aware of that.
But yes. Photos for sure <333 Probably a lot when it's still a puppy, because ovcharka puppies are SUPER cute o_o and the fact that I could pick it up and hold it won't last long so I need to enjoy it while I can, lol http://i.imgur.com/de4YL9u.jpg

See, I don't want an independent dog. I want dogs who want to be where I am. But I suppose as long as they weren't actively harming the wildlife, I also wouldn't mind having one around that usually just played sentinel. However, I'd still want my normal dogs that liked to stay close to their pack. Since having my own land is still a pipe dream, I've not really considered such a thing.
Uh, yeah. That's quite a 'cute little puppy' there. Jeeze.
