hmm
well tarecs was originally two maw creatures forced into his body, but it didnt develop properly. some tinkering later by a friendly void kitsune and a hellwolf and the minds were removed and they turned it into what it is now- a maw thats got two semi autonomous consiousnesses one in each half of the head based on his mindset that switch off the moment he controls his tail or maw directly.
maybe casket could have something similar, another creature that he can form onto his tail at will and control
