I played this character in a NERO larp for a while. I quit when I figured out that I was too old to go running around in armor.
The original picture was inked with a ballpoint pen on bristol cardstock. The slightly rough texture gave the pen lines a stippled appearance that made subtle shading suprisingly easy.
