That powerful glow denotes a very Awesome power source. Micro fusion cell? A quantum singularity generator? Micro nuclear reactor? He has obviously been infused with cybernetic parts or is a complete cyborg. perhaps he is biomechanical, which is such an advanced cybernetic organism that he has all the traits of a living biological organism, but yet even has a soul.

He has a very nice, powerful design. (I don't mean that just by strength, either. Just overall it's a strong design.) His colors and markings mesh well, and the mechanical arm is a great touch (and well drawn, I must add)
