Rounding out the first week of his free trail membership at the RockHard Gym, Sherman has found tremendous improvement in his physical strength. It took him some time, but he finally got used to the exercise equipment and began pushing himself to improve. Oddly, he noticed very few treadmills and not a lot of open spaces. Most of the equipment in the gym seemed catered to build on muscular fitness. Not that he minded all that much; he figured it wouldn't make much of a difference what he practiced, since he was only there for five weeks, which couldn't possibly be enough to cause any drastic changes in his health, right?

Interestingly enough, however, with his first week done, Sherman discovered that he was feeling a lot more energized after each day at the gym. Where before he was barely able to lift fifty pounds on his shoulders while doing squats, by this point he was lifting twice that for double the reps. There wasn't any way such a short amount of time could bring about such a drastic change, was there? Still, the place was nice enough, and there was still quite a bit to try out before his trail membership ended, so Sherman decided to continue.
