I live on a dairy farm (in RL) and dragons like to eat cows. I have to protect my cows, or our milk will not make it to the cheese makers up north and I make no money...

its just a shortened form of coyotes, wild dogs we have here that pester farm animals and run off with chickens!

We only have foxes around heir, and everyone will open fire on a problem fox. Shot one three days ago.

if you capture a fox pup, and tame it, a fox probably could be raised as easily as a dog. Although I do not believe US environmentalists (kaput in kopf) would like that.
