I went to go watch Zootopia (when it finally came out here in the UK on 25 March) mainly cause of those tigers, but watching the movie, I couldnt take my eyes off Nick the whole time he was on screen and came out with such the crush on him. I rushed home and had to draw him. What a cutie.

Looks like you've been hit by the PNG-to-JPG conversion FurAffinity likes to pull.
Hit download below the image and 'Save as...' You'll find that it defaults to JPG, because despite the file name extension reading .png, the uploaded file is actually turned into a lossy JPG. I have no idea why FurAffinity does this and places like SoFurry, InkBunny, Weasyl, or even e621 do not.
If you want to share the PNG at a high resolution properly, try just uploading it to Dropbox and including a link in the description. It's a relatively painless way to offer higher quality versions for people who prefer those.

No worries. It's a really obfuscated issue that FurAffinity doesn't properly advertise; I didn't know about it until recently, either.
For anyone interested, you can look over this thread on e621 for further information on the compression websites utilize behind the scenes: https://e621.net/forum/show/169987

Oh my gosh i totally hear you there! The movie was fantastic!! I'm glad you got to enjoy it!

Gosh you've come a looooooong way since i started following you back in 2006! I think everyone who really knows your artistic talent would agree!

Seriously??!?! Don't miss this while it's in the theaters...it's totally worth it. Hell, it's worth tracking down an Imax showing if you can - both the time and the cost are inconsequential compared to the enjoyment you'll get.
Totally serious here - go before you miss it...

Well, if she's not into it like we are, then just make sure she's happy with something she enjoys for the time being, and go enjoy it yourself!! It's not selfish if you're caring about her wants/needs too - and this way you both end up having fun!! Even if it's doing different things - most couples do enjoy time apart as well as the time together. This is just one of the 'time apart' activities for y'all - though I won't lie, this movie is great even for non-furs. Disney knocked it out of the park, and this is a generation/genre gap bridger. EVERYONE will enjoy this movie - not just the furs out there...just look at it's income so far for proof. I honestly thought (and still do think) that this has a genuine chance at the next Oscars - and when was the last Disney animated film that was a serious contender??!
Seriously good...
K Fox (always watches movies alone now...it's better that way for me. Final showings on Sun - Thur nights mean my own whole theater usually...bring on the MST3K joy)

I must state that you have done very well on this piece of artwork, Zen.
I must bring to your attention, however, that the character's left elbow appears as though it is not making full contact with either the character's hand or the ground. I would further like to inform you that the tie appears to be pressured by a low contact point.

He is such a lovable critter isn't he? When I saw the first teaser I knew I'd love him, he reminded me of a cartoon fox I had something of a crush on when I was a kid, but nick is so much nicer.
Just the right amount of feral for me.
Did you know they initially had a different plot in mind were he wore a shock collar? I saw a scene from that and it broke my heart. Just makes me want to hug him and protect him more. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46624497/Nick%20Wilde/giphy.gif

I just got Art of Zootopia and have been reading it. I've had a printout of this picture on my bedroom wall for the last 10 months, and decided to really look at it an examine it.
What I found was, it's perfect. The lighting, texture, fur, composition, anatomy, and anything else I can think of has no faults at all. I'm particularly impressed that on his tie, you even noticed it actually has three different colors on it.
Were I your art teacher, and were this your final project of the semester, I would give you 100% for it. It really is all around a perfect picture.
