Valentino now has eyes! I wound up doing something a little different, though. I wasn't really happy with the visibility I was having with the Buckram I've got, so I used a combination of craft foam, wire, and nylon stockings instead. The wire is to help reinforce the craft foam frame underneath the nylon since I've got the nylon stretched out. This has the added benefit of letting me give the eye a bit of a curve to better fit the head, and I can kind of pose the eyes a little bit for different expressions. Granted, the painting process is a little trickier; the paint tried to bleed into the nylon in some spots so I had to go over it with white. But hey, at least I can see pretty decently in good lighting!

I need to hurry up and sculpt his upper jaw teeth. :X

I'm not happy with the range of motion I'm getting in his jaw; it doesn't move much. I have an idea for a fix for that, though.

He still needs more of a trim/shave, but the shears we've got are super old and they've gone un-used for a long time, so it's actually rusted solid. x.x I'm a little hesitant to really go at him with scissors.

I also need to go back and do the changes to the nose area that I need to make. XD
