Nice! I wanna get either a Yamaha R6 or Yamaha WR450F. I know they're worlds apart but I like the idea of being able to go off-road whenever I want.

The 450F is something you will have to make street legal.

Yea I know. But it shouldn't be too hard. All I gotta do is get a pack, get it inspected, and change the title type. I think it would be well worth it.

HEY!!!! I just saw this on Twitter! My dad had two of those. A 1992 and a 2000-something (pre-facelift). I guess he was feeling a little too old to ride it around anymore and just sold it, but I know he always loved those bikes. If you need any parts, let me know. He still had a number or spare parts laying around.

What parts?

I need to ask and see what all he has.... I know he had some body parts. I think there's a skid-plate down there... Who knows what else. he was just commenting how he had much more stuff than he realized :P Maybe I can rummage though it tomorrow.

I need to talk with dad some more. I dug around a little bit but only found some plastic for the front and a light assembly. I would have sworn he took off the skid plate (well...maybe just on his previous model) but he did mention something about a chain and perhaps even some brand new foot pegs... I don't even think he knows what all's left.

There's the 1992 he had. Honestly it was probably in better shape than the newer one he had :P
