Born to a Reaper, Elijah was dropped off at a magic-negating orphanage and raised amongst non-magic users. He grew up assuming that his heritage was cursed and hated, but deep down, he knew there was more to it. He rose through the ranks of his class and reached the top near the end of the primary schooling, and gained allies and foes alike along the way. In the vestiges of his time there, he managed to fake his death and escape the orphanage into the magic-rich world outside.

He carries with him, at all times, a crook made of wood and metal, and from the head he can manifest blades or bludgenings to suit his situation (the scythe being his favorite implement). The lantern that swings from the crook houses a Phoenix Flame, which he utilizes to summon the spirits of the willing, mainly the lost souls who cannot pass on, such as soldiers, thieves, and assassins. He travels from town to town, erecting small monuments and lighting a candle with the Phoenix Flame to help guide the souls of the villagers' loved ones, and find solace. He is the Kind Necromancer, he enjoys sweets and blood-thirsty abominations.
