Maximum Velocity, the Punk, is a drummer boy and a ladies man (well not anymore)

He used to steal in the Kenna Desert, where his family was from, but he was banned to go there due to him being caught stealing a priceless gem.

He then moved to Sunn Town with his sister, Anna, where he met a flaming girl who went out with him. Anna went out with Chai the Bat, until both couples broke up due to the girl using Maxi and Anna's Chai dies (comes back after Hiro's story)

But then he turned emo and played his drums again for awhile, unloved, until he met this wolf girl.....
