I acquired these two LPs last year. The best part was I did NOT pay top dollar for them. In fact I paid considerably less than what they are actually worth. First up is an original '64 UK pressing of the 1st Rolling Stones LP on the Decca label. Now, if you do not know about this particular release, it has nearly 20 label and cover variants. ALL from 1964. The most sort after being the first flip back cover with the short version of "Tell Me" and the song, "I Need You Baby" titled as "Mona". Mine is the 2nd cover 2nd variant laminated and the 2nd variant label pressed with the full 4 minute+ version of "Tell Me". It is a MONO pressing and the vinyl is in excellent shape. with shipping I paid $40. A STEAL.
2nd is a '68 Japanese pressing of Pink Floyd "A Saucerful Of Secrets" 2nd edition stereo on Odeon. To make it clear, 1st edition Odeon releases were always red vinyl. These were very limited. 2nd editions are still highly sort after because they were released the same year, only on black vinyl. Same mastering, same sound quality. I actually prefer black vinyl because it is more durable due to the carbon used in it. Best quality is clear vinyl. The worst is white.

London also had Decca in the UK press some of the early Stones albums to export to the USA to meet the demand. But they put those records in USA made jackets.
And stay away from the "electronically re-channeled" fake stereo albums, lousy sound.
