Nice bit of diversity DC's been working up there. Either way, I thought her design was interesting, but that's about it. I haven't picked up a comic book in a good while. Good work on your end here.

so, thing is I think they actually did the character a disservice by saying "look, we're so good we're diverse" when they announced her. From what I've read in the comics, that aspect doesn't really play into affect much (nor does it make any sort of oblique statement). Really it's just a character that emulates Batman and kicks ass ... everything else is just a sidenote. In otherwords: it doesn't get in the way of story-telling in the way that media-stunts tend to.
