PLEASE!! Don't use these character without my permission!!

"Long time ago, there was a big muscular gray dragon with red hair and a strange look right eye. Nobody knew his real name, but he was called Kill Joe, the most baddest serial killer ever, he has no mercy, he killed anyone he wanted to, and made a pool with their victims blood. Later he was executed but he was reborn in a new body, and have a new life, he now is know as Akai Haru our main hero.
Kill Joe is the first for real bad guy that I created, what do you guys thoughs about him. I hope that someday will see him in comics or television!! XD
