This is Captain Barbados, obviously inspired by Captains Barbossa and Davy Jones.
He is the "imaginary friend" of Mr. Cray.

He is a cunning and a little vicious Pirabeant, the highly respected and somewhat feared Captain of the King George's Revenge,
a ghost ship sailing into the mist of the night~.
It is unknown how he came to be Mr. Cray's so called "imaginary friend".
Is he real? Is he not? Mr. Cray says he is, then says he is not. Cpt. Barbados himself will not answer the question.
You can often witness them fight with sword and wand after the sun has set.
