Adopted a new dog a bit over a month ago. His name is Logger. He is a nearly 10 year old Alaskan Husky and a recently retired sled dog. No, he is not a german shepherd, he is a mix of hound and siberian husky.
He is an incredibly sweet dog and is taking well to retirement, eating up all the attention and affection that he can. Funny thing is that, given a choice between treats and pets he almost always chooses pets...


Logger is also in the early stages of joining the Noble Order of Lawn Huskies. Normally they do not accept older entries into the Order, but his lifelong dedication in the Sacred Society of Sled Dogs and Nemo being his sponsor swayed some of the leadership.
