Neon Blade: *With a shocked expression.* You march around naked with a drum and shako only?! What is wrong with you?!
COP: Neon Blade relax! That's normal where he's from! If he does that in Brazil, we won't mind.
Warlord Wolf: What's wrong with that? I think that's art. Or at least the Germans would see it that way.
Neon Blade: But why would anyone march nude with a shako and drum only?!
Chuong: *In Japanese* Calm down Neon Blade. Earth is a very strange world and each country is its own world with their own cultural customs and norms. What the Monarch Major is doing is considered normal in some countries. Relax.
Neon Blade: *In Japanese* We do find some interesting allies in other worlds these days.

(I'll bear that in mind. All LG-52s would be lions, though, and I'd want some species diversity in the G-52s. Also, the inspiration for the character partially came from this picture.)

Monarch Major: Does it? Well, take note, everybody, that I don't always go around naked when drumming, and when I do, sometimes I don't wear the shako. It's happening less and less considering how people are more sensitive these days. But how do you, the boss, want me, the professor of drumology, to handle it?
Super C: When you're around us or in public, or both, put some clothes on. That will be the rule. And check with the foreign recruits to see which countries don't mind it and which countries do.
Leo: Brazil wouldn't mind, as COP said; in fact, those people have asked the Drumbums to perform down there for them when the Olympics get going.
Monarch Major: Okay; I'll do that. It was scandalous to my own subjects at first because I was (and to some, still is) the king of Leonine. So I do apologize to those I have upset. But so that I don't break the law, what you can people tell me about the American laws here on indecent exposure, judging a furry versus judging a human?
Cripto: I wish I knew the furry ruling; for humans, it's a criminal act, period. But it may go back to the anatomy.
