/lazily uses Owl City's line 'and subtle variations of blue' without a second thought
A while back I made a colorswatch for my skintone and eyes so I would be using them accurately. But I found that out of a dozen pictures- these handful of colors repeated. For fun I decided to make more out of those palettes than just blobs on a canvas.
I know I've always had oddly bright eyes. And they're definitely green, whatever shade you'd call a weird pale silvery green with yellow on the inner halves of the iris- but in different light they can look more blue, gray, yellow, or green. So much so, I had two coworkers arguing if my eyes were gray or yellow a month ago after a customer asked me if my eye color was real or contacts.
The one color they never are is the best color. Y u no brown, eyes?!

OH YOU WANT BROWN EYES OKAY !
Hope you don't mind a brown that turns caramel colour when sun hits them :')
If not here have mine, I'll rip em out for ya LOL.
No in all seriousness tho, gosshhh I'd love to have eyes like yours ;_; green eyes <3
I know my daughter has a grey / blue colour to hers, they're like mood changers.
When shes cranky, or sick, or not having a good day, {sometimes, even the weather effects em, like onw it's rainy and stuff}
they'll turn a silver grey colour/
And when she's good, and the weather out is sunny and bright, and she's happy
They turn this bright blue colour, super pretty, and you can see the blue and the grey transitions even when the light isn't hitting em
it's actually awesome hahah.
She got cool eyes, instead of my boring dark brown to caramel brown eyes xD
