When  nesil and I moved into our townhome, we inherited a few neighborhood cats. Calli was the front yard kitty, and would hang out with me when i went outside. Our neighbor called him the Mechanic, as he loved to lounge in the shade under our cars.
Age caught up with him; his liver started to fail, and a sudden mouth infection and other things were too much for the vet to give much hope. So Tuesday we ended up having to put him down, staying with him and petting him till he peacefully passed.
Goodbye pretty kitty, we'll miss you.
